Preventive of Money Laundering Practical

As a financing Company, the Company has implemented the Know Your Customer Principle which its appropriate with the regulation include the Minister of Finance Decree number 30/PMK.10/2010 dated on 10 February 2010 about the implementation of Know Your Customer Principle for the Non Bank Financial Institution.

Organization structure of Adira Finance’s Know Your Customer Principle are in this following details:

The Officials of Know Your Customer Principle are appointed with Director and have a direct responsibility to President Director.

The Officials of Know Your Customer Principle duties are:

1. Arrange and maintaining the Policy and implementation of Know Your Customer Principle.
2. Make sure there is a developing system and customer identification procedure and arouse suspicion transaction, include make sure the declaration was encompass with customer and have include the data item which a must by Financial Minister Decree number 30/PMK.10/2010
dated on 10 February 2010, about the implementation of Know Your Customer Principle for Non Bank Financial Institution.
3. Monitoring the updatest data and customer profile as ruled at Financial Minister Decree number 30/PMK.10/2010 dated on 10 February 2010 about the implementation of Know Your Customer Principle for Non Bank Financial Institution.
4. Do the coordination and monitoring for doing of Know Your Customer Principle which tied with task force.
5. Accept and doing the analysis for arouse suspicion transaction which pronounced to Financial Minister or Indonesian Financial Transaction Reports and Analysis Center (INTRAC).
6. Monitoring, Analysis and recommend the training needs about Know Your Customer Principle for the official and the Company employees.

During 2013, in the implementation of of Know Your Customer Principle, the things Company have done are:

– Review the policy and charter of implementation of Know Your Customer Principle to see the compatibility with the regulation.
– Giving the socialization and training to whole of Branch Manager in North Sumatera Region, Jabodetabekser, West Java, Central Java, East Java, Kalimantan and Sulawesi.
– Pronounce the report of arouse suspicion transaction which have been founded by specifically Unit of Know Your Customer Principle of the Company, when at year of 2013 have a 7 (seven) arouse suspicion transaction which have been pronounced to Indonesian Financial Transaction Reports and Analysis Center (INTRAC)

Besides of it, the Company have many times participated their employees to do the trainings and seminar which held by Association of Indonesia Multifinance, Indonesian Financial Transaction Reports and Analysis Center (INTRAC), Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) and other institution. The purpose of the implementation preventive the money laundering practical of the Company is always be obey the standard and required speciment in Indonesia.

To controlling the implementation of Know Your Customer Principle in the Company, the discussion about the arouse suspicion transaction always be one of the agenda in every Board of Commissioner meeting and Board of Director meeting. This is such a form of responsibilities of Commissioners and Directors for the implementation Know Your Customer Principle.
